At the individual level Dr. Christensen is interested in the impact of antisocial and prosocial behaviors on public and nonprofit work groups and organizations. The former includes race and gender prejudice; the latter includes public service motivation, volunteerism, workplace philanthropy, and organization citizenship. At the institutional level he is interested in the relationship between courts (broadly public law) and public administration.
